where the magic happens
Another win for Kimi at Catalunya. (clicky) With Hammy finishing in 3rd, that means Kimi is leading the drivers' championship with a 9 points cushion! Yeay! Looking back at this point of time in the previous, I have to say that Kimi's start to this season has been relatively good. *hands touching my wooden desk while typing*  *phew*

Dramatic is the world to describe the first GP in Europe this season. The drama started from Qualifying itself with Fernando Alonso, the ill-treated former World Champion at McLaren last season, but who is now back playing 'happy family' with Renault qualified in #2, a best for the team and the driver so far.

The logical explanation - The engineers did something with the car during the 3 weeks window and it works so it paid off.
The a little bit logical explanation - Fernando pulled off a miracle in his beloved home country for the home crowd. Ohh wheee!
The wtf explanation - He somehow stole Ferrari's engine for the qualifying. Hehheh.

And the drama continues during the race just a few hours ago, with only 13 out of 22 cars managed to complete the race. The mother of all dramas being Heikki Kovalainen's disastrous accident at Turn 9 due to suspected punctured front left tyre which saw him rammed and buried deep into the tyre wall. (clicky) He was ok nonetheless, waving and giving thumb-ups to the crowd as he was being stretched away. Quote my brother, "Siao kia(translation: nut case)! Accident until like this still can wave!"

But my personal mother of all dramas is Kimi's new haircut. A-la Lewis Hamilton! No kidding.

Before After
                                                                              Before - Ice-man                              After - Bad-ass

Great. Suits all his "go to hell hand gestures" on the track.

Oh and by the way, I'm so dead. I've only done revising 2 pages of my Spanish notes the entire day. God knows what I was doing. So, if Pepe(no, the lecturer's name is Joel but from certain angel he does look a bit like Pepe) ask me something which I won't be able to answer in Spanish, I'll answer in English and go "No se, va reverso.net!" (translation: I don't know, you go reverso.net!)

Its high time to start blogging

where the magic happens
Yay! I've decided to start blogging and I INTEND to keep it. (read: I intended, I don't know what will happen 3 months down the road) God knows how many blogs I've created and left it to death in the past.

The reasons:
1) It's just the thing to do. I mean it's THE thing, no?

2) It's very likely that I'm going to get that Indian bugger as my lecturer AGAIN next semester and I need a place to rant. If not I will explode from high blood pressure or something. And also I need a good place to rant when the lads are all playing like Voronin. Yeah, we so don't dream of a team of Voronins. (No offence to your song Carra xD)

3) My brother has a blog called "Pow! Wow! Shots" (what kind of a name is that? xP) it gives me the urge to start writing.

4) Even the politicians from our 'beloved' ruling party have embarked on the road of blogging, how can I be left behind?  Yeah, the very same bunch of them who looked at politicians from the oppositions like some idiots when they try to use blogging to reach out to the voters since their access and exposure from main stream media is restricted. So, when Jeff Ooi went on and won the MP seat for Jelutong, I bet those idiots from Barisan National were banging their heads on the wall. Serves them right.
